The neighborhood is one of the most exclusive ones in Playa del Carmen. It has security 24/7, security cameras and 3 security control access. It is a very save and familiar neighborhood. It is surrounded by jungle and beautiful nature. It has a couple cenotes, ducks, exotic birds and curious non aggressive animals. Sometimes monkeys can be seen. The residential has protected areas and huge trees. It is 10 min distance from downtown, 7 min by car from the beach and it is really close to beach clubs, hotels etc. It is 25 min from Cancun airport. Selvamar has soccer, volleyball, tennis and basketball courts. You can go for a run or a nice walk and enjoy green views. In the entrance of the neighborhood there is a small supermarket, a cafe and an Italian restaurant. All of them have delivery service. The neighborhood has an area with a cenote and a classroom for yoga, meditation, temazcal, cacao ceremonies etc. It is an incredible and perfect space for healing your soul and getting charged up with pure jungle energy!
