This is a brand new condo in Playa del Carmen at the most sought out building (called Miranda) just 1 block from the beach and 2 blocks from Quinta Avenida, where you will find the best restaurants and shops in Playa. Our location (in the corner of Flamingo Street and 38th Street) is perfect, since we have the benefits of a very calm neighborhood but also having the best of Playa just a few blocks away. This is a 1 bedroom unit, fully equipped, with 2 full bathrooms and a very nice terrace. The roof top pool is just spectacular as it has amazing views of the Caribbean Ocean.

We are a family of 5, with 3 girls aged between 8 and 14. We live in Madrid in Spain. We love Cancun and the Riviera Maya and have been vacationing there for the last 15 years. We love having a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the afternoon either at the terrace of our Cancun condo or a the roof-top pool at Playa. Also, a day trip to stunning Isla Mujeres from Cancun or Cozumel from Playa are some of our most recommended activities. We are sure you will enjoy them as well.

This is the best neighborhood in Playa del Carmen (Zazil-Ha) as it has residential streets with a lot of upscale condos, the beach within easy reach and the Quinta Avenida just a couple of blocks away.
