We are a couple in love who have built a strong team, inspired by our three children: Bruno, Lara & Mila.
Our journey in hospitality began in 2012 with Viva Houses, a hosting brand and real estate agency. In 2016, we launched Dave & Nat Hosting, turning our passion into a way of life.
Now a registered brand under Viva Houses, we offer neatly designed stays in Mexico City, ensuring every guest feels at home.

If you plan to have visitors, please inform us one day in advance and provide all their IDs in advance so security can grant them access.
The property has a water filter installed making it safe to drink from the small tab in the sink.
Please note that there is construction noise outside the building until further notice.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. Any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout.
We welcome one pet per stay with an additional fee.
- Please note that security cameras are installed outside the property.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old or older to make a reservation.
- It is strictly prohibited to consume, purchase, or sell any type of illegal substances within the premises.
-Please note that upon booking, you will receive a link to sign our Rental Agreement and upload a copy of the ID of the main guest and all adult guests staying at the property through our secure guest portal. This is a standard procedure for all reservations and must be completed prior to check-in. Failure to send the IDs will result in denied access to the building.
- Smoking is prohibited on the property.
- No events or parties are allowed.
- Loud music is prohibited at all times.
- Please do not use bath towels to remove makeup, dye, sunscreen, or oil; a replacement fee will be charged for any stains.
- If you plan to have visitors, please inform us one day in advance and provide a photo of your ID.
- Maintain silence when entering or exiting the property and/or the building to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
- Please keep the entrance door closed at all times.
- Check-in time is from 3 pm onwards. Check-out is before 11:00 am.

La Roma is a vibrant and trendy neighborhood located in the heart of Mexico City. It’s part of the Cuauhtémoc borough and is known for its bohemian atmosphere, tree-lined streets, beautiful architecture, and a wide range of cultural and gastronomic offerings. La Roma has a rich history, dating back to the late 19th and early 20th centuries when it was developed as an upscale residential area for the city's elite. Within a short walk, you can also enjoy arts, culture, parks, museums, shopping, and nightlife.
Electricity and water outages are occasional occurrences in Mexico City, beyond our control. While we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience our guests may experience due to these disruptions, it's important to note that we cannot be held accountable for such events.
