For the visitors, the cost to use the amenities is 10USD/ 200MXN per person and must be paid at the reception desk. You'll also need to leave a valid ID with reception until you're done using the amenity. - Maximum capacity in the gym is 4 people. - Before your scheduled gym session, you must first leave your identification at reception. Please note that there is a mandatory cleaning service every from 21 nights on & every 21 days, at a charge of 50 USD. If your stay is between 21 and 42 nights, you'll be charged an additional 50 USD; for stays between 42 and 63 nights, two cleaning fees (100 USD total) will apply, and for every additional 21 nights thereafter, USD 50 will be charged. Please remember, as indicated on the property listing, a daily allowance of 20Kw/Day of electricity is included for short term rentals. Additional consumption will be charged at 3.85 mxn / kw. Electricity is not included for bookings of 28 days or more. On arrival, our local team will take a meter reading, and again on departure. You will be billed after check out for any additional consumption. Help us save energy by using the AC only when needed, avoid leaving it on if you are not in the property and close all windows and doors when you use it.
