We offer two types of damage coverage for your stay: a non-refundable damage waiver that covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (excluding house rule violations), or a refundable security deposit held on your payment method before check-in and released after your stay if no damage is found. Guests can choose based on their preference. All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT's Boarding Pass with check-in and property information. HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation. If you are booking for commercial purposes, please notify us with details of your use of the property as terms & pricing may vary. Pets are not allowed. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet but are caught will be subject to a 500 USD fee. Guests have full and exclusive use of the space during their stay. There may be times when HOLT staff require entry. We will communicate this with you in advance. Please note that we do not accept direct payments at the property. Payment is required at the time of confirmation. We offer a complimentary 20-liter water jug for each stay. Refills are available for an additional fee. A new water jug is provided weekly at no extra cost for long stays. We do not issue invoices to any other entity but the person whose name is on the reservation.

Have a great time in this picturesque, historic city with your loved ones. For those with cars, our property has a garage available for one vehicle, making parking easy. It is highly recommended by all travelers and guides to explore San Miguel by foot. Our uphill prime location will be the perfect place to get to know San Miguel, as it offers both, beautiful scenic views and easy access to everything the city has to offer.
