This brand new 1,120 square foot 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located in Pier 57, a new lifestyle building in the heart of the Romantic Zone. The apartment is less than a 3-minute walk from the beach. This comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment on the 2nd floor (7 floors in the building) comes with an open plan kitchen and living room. We have the best rooftop pool with panoramic views, delicious cocktails, and luxurious tanning beds.

This apartment has a great location in Amapas, near the Romantic Zone and Beach Los Muertos. With a breathtaking ocean view, you will have sunset views every day. Located in the heights, you will have the best of both worlds, mountains, and sea.
