Located right on Conchas Chinas Beach, the adults-only Quinta Maria Cortez offers an outdoor pool, gardens and elegant suites with balconies and free Wi-Fi. Located at 5 minutes from Puerto Vallarta.
Each spacious suite features classic-style décor and antique Mexican furniture. All suites have a seating area, a coffee maker and a private bathroom with a hairdryer and free toiletries. Most suites offer ocean views and many have kitchen facilities.
Breakfast is available in the palapa-covered dining area daily from 8:30am to 10:30am for a cost of $20 USD per day, per person. Closest restaurant is La Playita beach restaurant, located a 5-minute walk away. Other local restaurants can be found within a 10-minute walk.
Quinta Maria Cortez can arrange excursions on request, including fishing trips and jungle tours. Staff can also organize transfers to Puerto Vallarta International Airport, located around 12 km away. Free public parking is available on site.

The private Villas next door at Casa Tres Vidas are also available. Three and four bedroom Villas that can be combined to create a 6 or 7 bedroom Villa, or a 10 bedroom Villa. Rooms at Quinta Maria can be added to the Villas as well allowing for up to a total of 42 guests.
