Beautiful 1614 sq ft apartment with 2 balconies (190 sq ft pool view and one ocean view) located on the bike& walk path. 5 minute walk to the beach and the marina and 10 minute walk to town.
Marble floors throughout. Master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet with en suite bathroom. Second bedroom has 2 queen beds plus its own balcony. Washer and dryer
The complex has 1 big pool, 2 small pools, BBQ area, gym, and paddle tennis court
Daily maid service available for an additional charge
