The property is situated in a private community club with specific guest requirements designed to ensure the safety of all residents. These requirements include a complete list of names and official IDs of all guests. The information is essential to grant access. While we, as HOLT, the managing company for this unit, are responsible for collecting and submitting the required guest information——we have no control over these requirements or the community administration's handling of guest access. All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT's Boarding Pass with check-in and property information. If you are booking for commercial purposes, please notify us with details of your use of the property as terms & pricing may vary.  For Pets, there is an additional sanitation fee. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet will be subject to a larger fee. Guests have full and exclusive use of the space during their stay. There may be times when HOLT staff require entry. We will communicate this with you in advance. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval. Please note that we do not accept direct payments at the property. Payment is required at the time of confirmation. We do not issue invoices to any other entity but the person whose name is on the reservation.
