My wife, Ali, is from the Seattle area, went to Washington State, and volunteers daily at the local animal shelter. I'm from Tennessee, moved to Seattle in 2004, and am the Executive Director of a nonprofit, Global Impact Homes, that builds homes for those in need throughout the world. We travel as much as possible, and found the Mexican people, especially in Zihuatanejo, to be warm and friendly. We live in Zihua full-time. We live on the property and are available to assist and make your stay great.

The Sunset Suite is part of Bear Naked Bungalows. We have an additional 2 bedroom unit available for rent on the property. Views of the pool, town and mountains from the bedroom and bathroom, and views of the beach, bay and ocean from the living space. The rooftop patio is the same size, and located directly above the suite. Located only a two minute walk to the beach and a five minute walk to Centro.

Colonia La Madera is one of the most sought after locations in Zihuatanejo. It's located on Playa La Madera, is a 5 minute walk to Centro and hundreds of restaurants. There is plenty of parking on the street in front of the casa. We park our car on the street and it is safe. Most everything is walking distance, but there is a taxi stand is a 3 minute walk away.
