We are a professional vacation rental company, we love to host new guests. We will be happy to welcome you. Remember that we are not a hotel, we are private apartments. Therefore we do not have staff working on the premises, we ask for a good communication before your arrival so that the check-in and check-out process will be easy. We will be attentive to anything you may need during your reservation.

Property information

It is located 200 meters from the beach (3 minutes walking) and one block from Fifth Avenue. It will not be necessary to rent a car, you can do everything on foot. It is ideal for couples, it has a king size bed, a kitchenette, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, smart TV, a balcony and a beautiful terrace on the top floor with a pool and sea view. The condo has 24/7 security, has an elevator, gym, and a restaurant/bar on the roof area. Before your arrival, we will ask you for a passport photo or identification of each of the guests who will be staying and to sign the condominium regulations to have a good coexistence with the neighbors.

This beautiful studio has a strategic location: It is located 200 meters from the beach (3 minutes walking) and one block from Fifth Avenue. Therefore it is not necessary to rent a car.
