Perfect for 1 to 4 guests! Villa is in the town of Chacala, located on the hill overlooking the bay with amazing views of the ocean. Upper half of Villa can offer 1- 2 bedrooms depending on number in your party. The master suite has its own bath, balcony, kitchen and entrance. The 2nd bedroom has its own entrance, bath & balcony and use of the roof top kitchen. Both units have wifi, smart T.V.'s and AC's. If you are a group of 2 or less you'll book the master suite, if 3-4 are in your group, you get both bedroom suites. The home itself has 4 levels. All bedrooms have their own private entrance, own bathroom, and balcony & the common area is the roof top terrace. 1st: Street level & entrance to Villa 2nd: Main kitchen area with bar, dining area, living area & garden area & garden suite which is the owner's level. 3rd; 2 Large Bedroom suites, each w/ their own private entrance, bathroom, balcony, bed & sofa bed. One bedroom suite has a King bed and a kitchenette. The other bedroom suite has a Queen bed plus sofa bed. 4th: Large partially shaded roof top terrace area offers a fully equipped kitchen and seating. The roof top has magnificent views in all directions.
