This beautiful, bright, airy and spacious peaceful Villa is 10 min to the beach, centrally located, 20 min to Tulum and 40 min to Playa Del Carmen and most visit cenotes. It has a private pool, two comfortable and completely private bedrooms each with its own full bathrooms, one parking garage, laundry, air conditioning. Just 2 minutes walk to Cenote Xunaan Ha, 9 min to Xel-Ha Park and 17 min to Tulum Ruins. The villa is away from crowds and noise but yet centrally located to tourist attractions
Villa Kuxtah is a brand-new home near Chemuyil where you can retreat yourself in the jungle and relax by the private pool. This contemporary house was designed by a well-known Mexican architect inspired by the Mayan culture. The interior captures a minimalistic Boho style using wood materials from the region. It is located in Santuario Tulum community, with Private Chukum pool, patio, 2 bedrooms each with queen beds and pull-out beds and 2 private full bathrooms. kitchen, living room, parking space, WiFi, air conditioning, washer and dryer. Only 10 min drive or 12 min bicycle ride to the most beautiful beach in Tulum Xcacelito. This Villa offers all within reach, 5 minutes to local restaurants and stores, near stunning cenotes like Xunaan Ha , and 5 min to park Xel-Ha and 30 min to Xcaret Park.
