Company information

We are a professional vacation rental company, we love to host new guests. We will be happy to welcome you. Remember that we are not a hotel, this are private properties. Therefore we do not have staff working on the premises all the time, we ask for a good communication before your arrival so that the check-in and check-out process will be easy. We will be attentive to anything you may need during your reservation.

Property information

Condominium of 5 houses, and 2 penthouses with the largest pool in Isla Mujeres, with 2 semi-Olympic swimming lanes, children's pool, solarium, barbecue area, outdoor dining room and bathrooms. Excellent restaurants just a few steps away such as De Nuccios and Marbella. Villa 1, Villa 2, Villa 3 and Villa 4 have private plunge pools. We can help you with golf car rentals, or find taxis or any other activities and recommendations around the island. Before your arrival, we will ask you for a passport photo or identification of each of the guests who will be staying and to sign the condominium regulations to have a good coexistence with the neighbors.

Neighbourhood information

The villas are located on Isla Mujeres, it is an island and you need to take a ferry from Cancun. There are ferry schedules, so we recommend staying up to date so you can cross on time. Located in the southern part of the island, on the open sea side, and 90 meters from the beach! Although it is open sea, the sea is usually very calm. The island is a place full of magic and good vibes, but it is also growing and at times the electricity/water/internet may be cut off, although it is not usually frequent or for a long time, keep in mind what can happen during your stay . stay and it is something general throughout the island, it is not exclusive to this house. There is construction in the area so noise can be heard during the day. To get around the island, it is recommended to rent a golf cart or motorcycle, or order taxis.
