Suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with kids. ★ Brand New Property and Cozy ★ Free 1 Parking. ★ Free WIFI ★ TV Box Within Waking Distance (2-3 mins) - Jaya One Shopping Mall - AEON Big Supermarket - Columbia Hospital - 7 Eleven, Subway, Starbuck, Dim Sum, Mamak Eatery - Korean/Japanese/Chinese/Thai Food Guest access Swimming Pool & Gym are also available at facility level (Level 9M) Other things to note This is a self-check-in property where guests take access card from mailbox. House Rule - Please keep the noise level down after 10 pm - Please do not smoke in the unit - Please keep the unit clean at all times - Please take off your shoes in the unit - Please be considerate by switching off the lights/fan/airconds and remember to close the windows before leaving the unit. - STRICTLY no drugs - All access / car park cards must be returned during check-out, failing to do so, each missing access/car park card will be charged RM 150 for replacement.
