Located in Kota Kinabalu in Sabah region with Filipino Market Sabah and Kota Kinabalu Harbor nearby. Asas Residences @ Jesselton Quay Central provides air-conditioned holiday home with free WiFi and free private parking. There is a fully equipped private bathroom and a hairdryer. Each of our holiday home comes with a fully equipped kitchen with water purifier, a fridge, a kettle, a ricecooker, a microwave and stovetop. There is dining table and a flat-screen TV in the living room
