We have established since 2014, based in Kota Kinabalu we have grown from strength to strength, we have units in AA Residen, Jesselton Quay Citypad, Aru Suites, and our Own Affordable Luxury Boutique Hotel, "Ming Ju" at KK Times Square Opposite Imago. All our accommodation is in Central and Strategic Location catering to International Visitor and Locals Alike. We have maintenance and supervising teams available 24 hours.

Property information

My place whilst close to the airport, parks, and the city centre, is also within walking distance to the Tanjung Aru beach area. You’ll love my place because of the unbeatable green and ocean views - all serene and calm. My spacious apartment at 1800sq ft is ideal for families and mid size groups. The pictures are of the ACTUAL unit of apartment building, overlooking the neighbouring golf club and our private swimming pool. We also have security at night and comes with 1 private carpark.

tanjung aru is a near to KK town only 5 min car ride, also home to the famous Tanjung Aru Beach. Amazing sunsets and quaint local charms adorn Tanjung aru town
