Semi-D double storey house renovated in 2022 with interior designer touch. 4 bedrooms with aircond and ceiling fan and 4 bathrooms with water heater (2 attached bathrooms). 1 room and 1 bathroom located at groundfloor. Living room with one 2hp aircond & 2 ceiling fan. 55" smart tv, free wifi, microwave, electric stove, serviced water filter (hot, cold, ambient), rice cooker, keetle, blender, 2-door refrigerator, kitchen utensils. Private swimming pool 25x18feet with 5feet fountain. Bbq pit with sink and slab. Gated parking area for 6 cars.
Local Malay, friendly and enjoy meeting people.
Located in middle-income neighbourhood near main road to Kuala Terengganu. Less 1km to main road, Mydin Emporium (hyper-mart), Eco-Shop (household mall), dobby, ATM, hardware, mini market, restaurants, foodstalls, hawker, football field, beach, Kuala Ibai River, mosque. Safe, quiet, breezy and friendly neighbourhood.
