My Apartment is located within 4 KM from the Petronas Twin Tower, surrounded by several Country Embassy. Surrounded by Luxuries' new apartment the unit comes with Private Lift to access which ensures privacy and a good rest. We do provide one (1) parking lot to our guests. Apartment located at heart of Kuala Lumpur, just 4km/10mins drive away from KLCC. Midnight check-in is available(free of charge). 1 car park is available, please inform me in advance. Design of the room showed are limited. *Kindly be informed that the layout of the bedding & unit/room you book may vary, and the photos are for reference only. And please be noted kindly refer to our customer service regarding washer in unit because, some of the unit has no washer. Rooms are assigned randomly upon arrival and may not exactly match the images shown.

The apartment is within driving distance to:- 1) 10 minutes to KLCC (Petronas Twin Towel) 2) 10 minutes to Zouk night club 3) 10 minutes to Trec night life. 4) Within 5 minutes to US, Saudi Arabia, Russian, Thailand, China embassy etc.

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival.
