[About the Property] Artsy Guesthouse at Sky Habitat is a high-rise & low-density apartment in downtown Johor Bahru, Malaysia. It has an excellent location within walking distance to R&F Mall, City Square and Checkpoint. The apartment is cozy, well-lit, and cooling. You can relax and unwind in the spectacular city view at the Sky Garden or enjoy yourself at the covered pool without the concern of sunburn. There's a big food court with more than 40 selected vendors all under one roof right in front of the apartment. Need a bigger apartment? We can provide other units in the same or nearby apartments! [About the Host] Hi traveler, I'm a Video Editor working in the advertising industry in Singapore. On the personal side, I love art and photography, I always wanted to have my own art gallery to share my work with people from around the world. [About the Neighborhood] Within just 5-15 mins walk to anything you need including Restaurants, Grocery, Shopping Malls, Night Market and Entertainment. Checkpoint & Immigration (CIQ) just 3 mins ride away to enter Singapore via the 1km causeway link. It also connected to the transport hub, JB Sentral. From there, you can take a train to Singapore and other cities in Malaysia.
