Located at Gong Badak close to the Beach, Kuala Terengganu, also near Bandar Baru Kuala Nerus, there are plenty of nearby attractions. Safe place area. surrounding with Lot-house area neighborhood. Being adjacent to the Universities (UMT and UNISZA), IPG (Institut Perguruan batu rakit), Gong Badak arena and Hospital UniSZA, there are a lot of nearby facilities such as restaurants, fast food, convenience stores and laundromats.
