Welcome to our cosy home! Highest floor 3 bedrooms 2 balconies 3 bathrooms Directly above shopping mall with cinema, supermarket, restaurants. Large 65" TV with HBO, Disney+, Astro etc. Nearby beach, Starbucks, eateries etc. NB: Exterior wall painting from May 2025 to Jun 2025. Please keep all windows and balcony doors closed when leaving the house. Thank you.
A nice and vibrant neighborhood with lots of eateries, launderette, cinema, shopping and much more! All by the seaside!
