House Rules, ➡ Keep the homestay clean and tidy ➡ Lower the volume after 11PM ➡ Check out before 12PM on time to avoid affecting the next guest itinerary! ➡ Cooking and Smoking are NOT Allowed in the house! ➡ Please pack the Wet rubbish into plastic and throw it into the big dustbin in front the entrance! ➡ No Foods and Drinks on the beds! ➡ If the number of people different from the booking, the extra will be charged RM50 per person!! ➡ Towels CANNOT be taken out of the room to the beach or pool. An additional cleaning fee of RM30/towel will be charged. ➡ House should be left in good and clean condition. ➡ Return all accessories to their rightful places before check-out. ➡ DO NOT bring raw seafood into the house. ➡ DO NOT rearrange our furniture. ➡ Please wash all your dishes after use. ➡ We have the right to claim additional cost from guest who have not followed the rules or destroy the contents of the house.
