We are on a huge lake that expands to two towns. The lake is surrounded by a wide promenade for walking, biking, scootering, skate boarding, etc. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. The air is fresher than in the heart of KL. - There is a large (and little used) swimming pool on the lake at the Marina Putrajaya just down the promenade to the right of our house. RM5. - Shaftsbury Square is walking distance away, for groceries, convenience stores, Starbucks, banks, atms, gadget shops, restaurants, etc. - D’Pulze shopping center is about 5 minutes away by car and is a bigger shopping mall with movie theater, fitness center, shops, etc. - Tamarind Square is about 10 min. away with Village Grocer, and many shops. - IOI City mall in Putrajaya is 12 min. away and is a huge mall with large ice skating rink. Busses are nearby. Putrajaya Sentral KLIA train to airport and downtown is 7 minutes away.
