Beside of AC Hotel (former called Vistana Hotel). Opposite Penang Famous Kayu Nasi Kandar. Walking distance to Lebuh Nipah food court consists of Malay and Chinese vegetarian stalls. Walking distance to Yee Hong Chinese Food Court. 3 mins drive to Super Tanker Food Court with Penang famous local food Walking distance to Bukit Jambul Complex. Very convenient to get around with Grab car or taxi. There is a bus stop within 5 mins walking distance. Bus terminal Sungai Nibong for long distance travel within Malaysia, to Singapore & Thailand just 1.5 km away or 5 mins drive.
