From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.
The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.
One child, 17 and below, stays free with existing bedding when sharing with a paying adult. Breakfast and Executive Lounge access for Executive Rooms are chargeable and will not reflect directly at the time of booking. Extra beds available for a fee, but not available for Deluxe or Executive Rooms.
The Executive Lounge will be closed 26 November 2025 - 7 December 2025. During this period, please enjoy breakfast at Vasco's or afternoon tea and evening cocktails at The Lounge.
