Hi Travelers, Hin Loi Guesthouse is an urban terrace house within the Tanjung Aru area. The building itself is a traditional Asian home, which incorporates a cafe on the ground floor. Our guesthouse is located on the first floor of our owned coffee shop. Total it has three spacious master bedrooms with private bathroom and two twin shared rooms with shared bathroom. Basic amenities are featured in this home such as: air-conditioning, WiFi, refrigerator, satellite TV, towels, dining table, balcony, toiletries and water dispenser. The identity of our guesthouse will made clear by its furnishings and hospitality service we provide. We operate a coffee shop business on the ground floor and we are happy to provide a simple free breakfast to our guest. This home is ideal to families, couples and group of friends who are looking to stay near Airport and beach.
Hello there! I am Alex and i have been rewarded as Superhost as couple times. Then, I have been with Airbnb for more than four years and hosted more than thousand of guests from all around the world. I currently helping my parents managing a family restaurant in Kota Kinabalu. And there we setup our first Guesthouse in 2nd floor. We take great pride with our hospitality service for our restaurant and now it is our continuous endeavor to deliver these to our guest in every aspect while providing a comfy place. 4 years experience of hosting and i learn to know what every travelers looking for - "to live there!" I believed AirBnb is not about leasing some assembled red-brick walls and roof shingles but it is the true local experience and lifestyle that we seek to slot into your little stay with us. And this what differentiate us from the others.
The guesthouse is less than 10 minutes drive from Kota Kinabalu City Centre and Kota Kinabalu International Airport. It takes walking distance of 10 minutes to Tanjung Aru Beach and 5 min drives to Imago Times Square. Located in the heart of pekan Tanjung Aru, we are surrounded by a variety of local cuisine and shopping choices as well as facilities including bus/taxi station, cafes, bike shop, supermarkets, telecommunication services among others. And there is also a wonderful park known as Perdana Park, which has recreational facilities including a children's playground, jogging track, musical water fountain and several restaurants.
