Property information

A special design home for your comfort. Fully decorated with simple and happiness in mind. Bring along your entire family to have a fun vacation here. Located just 5 minutes to Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) Bangi, German Malaysian Institute (GMI) and the commuter station, 7 minutes to Kajang Bus and Taxi Terminal, 10 minutes to Bandar Baru Bangi, 15 minutes to Putrajaya and 20 minutes to Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) and 30 minutes to the City Centre, Kuala Lumpur. Among facilities available here was swimming pool, both for adult and child, surau and children playground. Also available is gymnasium for you to do some fitness exercise. Property is gated and guarded 24 hours and access into can only be made using access card.
