Kawane Natassha Villa - Located at Taman Century, center heart to Johor Bahru town area. This villa can occupied for 20 person, suitable for big group gathering. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. * No Party and event shall be held without host approval, Penalty RM500* * Maximum guest at all time 25 person. Penalty RM500* 1) Karaoke sound system is available, lower the volume after 11pm. Do understand surrounding is residential area. quiet time from 11pm to 6am 2) The private swimming pool open daily from 9am to 8pm. After 8pm the pool area shall be empty and quiet. 3) Guest who wish to organised event or parties need to get the approval from host, without permission security deposit will be 100% forfeited. 4) Games room, Maajong room, pool table are available at all time, Please use with care.
