This is a newly refurbished 2-storey semi detached double storey house of 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, living room with android tv, netflix, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, free parking on site. It is centrally-located between Miri city & Lutong Town . Driving to city centre less than 10 min & to airport is about 10-15 mins depending on traffic. Saberkas Commercial Centre is walking distance from the house. It has the biggest night market, restaurants, Supermarket, laundry.

It is a very quiet neighbourhood, even though it is located just minutes from city centre. The house is also centrally located between City Center of Miri and Lutong and also walking distance to Saberkas Commercial centre which is a self-sufficient Commercial centre. Saberkas Comercial Center has a big supermarket chain (Everrise), plenty of restaurants (including our Restaurant, The Bulatan Cafe, do check it out and ask for discount coupons from my staff), laundry facilities, convenient stores ( 7-11), the biggest night market in Miri (Pasar Malam Saberkas) which is held from Tuesday to Sunday, Cold storage shop, fruit shop barber, saloon, bike shop and many more. it is also walking distance to The Bulatan Park, where it is a jogging paradise and very popular with locals. Miri attractions like Coco Cabana, The Grand Old Lady and many more. Since Miri is surrounded by beaches, if you are tired staying in the house, beaches are just a few minutes away by car from the property. A day trip is possible to Niah Cave (1 hour drive from Miri), Lambir National park which has amazing Water fall, Tusan beach, Bungai Beach or just a visit to Bekenu Bazaar Tamu early in the morning.
