There are beautiful swimming pool, garden, six bedrooms, large living room, kitchen, BBQ area, and balcony in this beachfront villa. We can accept maximum 20 adult guests to live in the villa. It's very suitable for family and friends to have gathering here. You can see the beautiful sea view from the swimming pool garden and balcony in 2nd floor. Each bedroom is with large space. There are many sofas in living room in first floor and 2nd floor to sit and chat. Please note the maximum occupancy of the villa is 20 people which can sleep in bed rooms. It may add more 2 persons up to 22 people which may sleep on sofa beds on 2nd floor living room. If children is over 7 years old, it regards as a person. If kid is below 6 years old, it is free of charges. If guest people are over 20 persons, there is extra more charge RM50 for each person every night. Strictly NO outside visitors allowed. NO any parties allowed, and NO playing karaoke or music outside the villa. Please do not make loud noise after 9:00pm and before 9:00am. Check in time is 3 pm, and checkout time is 12 noon.

There is a beautiful sand beach just in the front of this beachfront villa. Guest can go out to walk out by the beach. There is a playground for kids only 5 minutes near the villa by walk. Also, there is about 3 KM to Dataran One Malaysia Square and the beach.
