A homestay apartment with a lake view located in Jalan Ampang KL city centre. The building is well maintained and the apartment are well equipped with a fridge, washing machine, microwave, hairdryer, iron, queen beds and additional floor mattress. Free wifi is available in the unit. The building facility includes indoor swimming pool (kids pool as well), sauna and fitness centre. Smoking is not allowed. To secure your booking, kindly contact us as soon as booking is made for check in arrangement. For last minute bookings, we appreciate at least a 1 hour before notice. Kindly note damage deposit of RM100 is payable upon check-in. A hypermarket (Village Grocer) is located at ground floor in the building itself, perfectly for long-term stays. Burger King, 7-Eleven and several other restaurants are located on-site. Public bus is available across the street to the Petronas Tower, which is only about 5km away. For nearer option, Ampang Point Shopping Centre is within walking distance
