Property information

The unit is situated on the ground floor of the building, and with a few steps can reach the outdoor pool and kids playground already. Homestay near UMS Sepanggar, just a 5-8 minute drive from the unit with all amenities, 2 bedrooms with AC, and 24-hour security backup. The unit has 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms suitable for 8 people sleeping with high-quality beds. It is very suitable for any kind of trip either with family or business trip. A security deposit of MYR 100 is required on arrival. Your deposit will be refunded in full after check-out in 24 hours, subject to an inspection of the property.

Neighbourhood information

The neighborhood is great! The house is close to a 5-8 min drive to UMS and 10-15 min to KK City Central. Many people come into this area for convocations, auditions, site projects, or training courses at KK, Sepanggar and Telipok area. We recommend Warung Pokdi Kelate and Nasi Arab Mashawi nearby here for good food and drink.
