Property information

This is our 15 house at Puchong, this time we finally did the Retro style interior like 80's era house, our team likt this house so much, hope you guys like it too. The house at 15th floor above, so you can see a very nice city view at balcony, especially new year, you can see a crazy fireworks at the sky. Our house locate at Puchong Center, IOI Mall just cross the road and Sunway Pyramid is only 5 Mins distance.

Accessbility: - KESAS Highway - Leburaya Damansara Puchong (LDP) - Faderal Highway - Sungei Besi -Puchong Expressway - Jln Puchong - Lebuhraya Bukit Jalil Short drive to: - IOI Mall - Tesco Extra Hypermarket - Setiawalk - IOI Boulaverd - Sunway Pyramid - LRT Station, Ampang Line (under construction) - Columbia Asia Hospital - Wet Market - Schools (SMK, SJK) - Binary University College, Rima College - Various banks in Bandar Puteri Puchong and surrounding area - Food courts, etc.
