Location:- Park Avenue Hotel sits in the middle of several industrial estates; next to us is the Bakar Arang Industrial Estates, around 20-minute drive south is the Tikam Batu industrial estates, 20-minute drive to north will take you to the Taman Ria Industrial Estates and further north, you will reach the Bukit Selambau Industrial Estate area. Nearby airports are the Penang International Airport(1-hour drive), Alor Setar Airport (1.5-hour drive) and the newly upcoming Kulim International Airport (only half an hour drive). If you are on your way to Thailand, Bukit Kayu Hitam or Langkawi Island, it is recommended to transit in Sungai Petani. Park Avenue Hotel is only next to the Sungai Petani selatan tollhouse. You could choose rooms with the majestic Mount Jerai view that will vanishes all the fatigue you have accumulated from hours of driving. Nearby education institutions are UiTM Merbok, Community COLLEGE Sungai Petani, UniSHAMS, MRSM Merbok, Maktab Perguruan Sultan Abdul Halim (MPSAH) and many more in Kuala Muda District. Government offices in Sungai Petani vicinity includes Sungai Layar Army Camp, Civil Court, Custom and Duty department, IPD Kuala Muda and many more..
