Celebrations / photo shooting are welcomed [ Kindly make an inquiry with us before make any reservations for celebrations/ photo shooting ] 1. *Refundable Security deposit of RM1500/RM500 (Different Unit) will be collected upon check-in, this refundable security deposit will be refunded to you within 48 hours after check-out after our supervisors have inspected the property (if any items are damage or missing, or the house rules are not followed, we have absolute right to forfeit the deposit.).* 2. Decorations are to be taken down before check out as RM 100 will be imposed. 4. Maximum 13-15 pax are allowed to overnight. 5. Rate published is only for lodging. Any events or celebrations will be extra charges RM150 and maximum only able to accommodate up to 13-15 guests includes overnight guests. 6. All the garbage must be packed properly especially leftover foods and placed at the entrance of the units. 7. Only 2 residents parking provided for free. Other extra car may park at commercial area or Setiawalk Mall with paid parking.
