A lovely 3-bedroom apartment that is located on level 3 of Regalia Apartment, Kota Samarahan. It is a fully furnished unit ideal for a short or long stay for an entire family or a small group of friends. There are four beds: one king bed in the first bedroom, one queen bed in the second bedroom, and two single/twin beds in the third bedroom. Each room is furnished with an AC unit, a ceiling fan, and a study table. In the living room, there are a coffee table and a 5-seater sofa set where you can sit to watch shows on a big screen 55-in smart TV. The TV is equipped with Astro Njoy for you to watch local channels. You can watch Netflix but you need to connect the TV to your phone’s data (Wi-Fi) as there is no internet connection. The kitchen is fully functional where you can cook, and washing machine is available too. There is a shared outdoor swimming pool just next to the apartment block. Regalia Apartment is a low-density residential complex.
