The uniqueness of this place is that it is an artificial AI interior design, such as Japanese imported tatami and Japanese samurai decoration as well as Japanese Hello Kitty design and Japanese Ryokan A.I. interior design concept. This is a hotel-style apartment with retail shops and 24-hour restaurants, laundries and convenience stores, as well as beautiful gardens and infinity pools, children's playgrounds, gyms, saunas, steam rooms, basketball courts, boxing rooms, games room, library, badminton court, squash court and table tennis court. Kendo and archery available with some fee. There are natural features such as waterfalls and many hot springs nearby. I also offer additional men's body, shoulder, neck and foot massages upon request at a reasonable price as a massage service. Free 20-minute foot with hotsprings and massage on arrival. You can also do some simple cooking, such as boiling but no frying it. The kitchen is equipped with an air fryer and microwave.

For all food lovers and people who like to try local Malaysian food, there is a very famous night market called Taman Connaught Night Market about 5 kilometers away from the apartment. The 2-kilometer long night market is crowded with more than 700 stalls and is open every Wednesday night from 17:30-00:00. For adventure and nature lovers, there are many natural beauties nearby, including waterfalls, hills and hot springs, including the largest hot spring in Malaysia. For cyclists, I offer free bike tours and free bike rides to burn the calories from climbing mountains and soaking in hot springs. There is a natural hotsprings 5 ​​km away from the apartment. Entrance fees to the hot spring are only MYR 5 each time and must be paid to the hot spring owner.
