From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. The property can accommodate to early/late check-in upon request. (Subject to request confirmation and check-out timing.)
Please inform the property of any change of time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to check-in. In case of emergencies that may delay your check-in time, please contact the property as soon as possible, so that the property can ensure a proper reschedule of your check-in.
All our villas have a stirct no events/no party policy.
Our Villas have quiet hours policy from 9PM to 9AM. Outdoor or noisy activities of any kind including BBQ or music outdoor are not permitted between 9PM and 9AM.
Guests are to park in the designated areas shown by our staff.
Guests are not permitted to obstruct or otherwise stop at neighbours' entrances for any period of time.
Guests are not to block or otherwise obstruct back lanes driveways due to poor parking.
Failure to observe these policies will result in security deposit being forfeited in full
