This is non-smoking unit, smoking is strictly prohibited at my unit. Smoking at my yard area is not allowed. Penalty of full deposit will be charged if we found evidence of guest smoking inside my property. This unit is not allowed for quarantine purpose.
Strictly no partying, no illegal activities, Quiet time after 10pm.
A damage deposit is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer only. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
