Welcome to our 1 Bedder Unit at SKS Pavillion. The apartmen is located only 3 min driving distance to JB Sentral / Custom, 5 min to City Square Shopping Mall, and the famous cultural heritage street Jalan Tan Hiok Nee.
At the lobby / ground floor of the apartment, there are My News Convenient Shop, Automatic Laundry Shop, and Inatagrammable Cafe which providing extra convenience during your stay.
Our unit overseeing the city view of Johor Bahru Town and also sea view of The Straits at Singapore.
The superb location, and the quality built and maintained apartment will definitely brings you a hassle-free getaway experience during your staycation at the JB Town.
