Our modern and lovely home is strategically just a 5-minute drive from the stunning Teluk Cemdepak Beach. "Step into My ICONIQUE ESPACE FAMILY-STYLE HOMESTAY, designed to cater to a group of up to 19 guests. Our homestay is the perfect gathering place for friends and family to come together and enjoy a memorable stay. Create cherished moments in a welcoming and comfortable setting designed for shared joy and relaxation. A security deposit of RM300 will be collected from guests before check-in via online transfer or bank deposit to the host. For long-term stays of 5 nights and over, a RM1000 deposit will be collected. Rest assured, the security deposit will be refunded within 2 working days after check-out, provided the room is in good condition. Please note that we do not accept on-day bookings created after 10 pm. In the comfort of our unit featuring 5 charming bedrooms and 3 well-appointed bathrooms. Your stay is designed for ultimate enjoyment, by thoughtful touches such as Mahjong and a BBQ pit. Hope you can enjoy throughout the stay.
