To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, please adhere to the following house rules: Check-In Time: Our standard check-in time with customer service is until 9:30 PM. If you require a late check-in after this time, please inform us in advance and make arrangements before 10:00 PM. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required upon check-in: MYR 100 per room or MYR 200 for the entire home. Please contact us for bank details. Refunds will be processed within 1-3 working days after check-out and upon completion of cleaning. Identification and Tourism Tax: A copy of your identity card or passport is required before check-in for registration purposes. Foreign guests entering with a social visit pass are subject to a Malaysian tourism tax of MYR 10.00 per person per night. Cleaning Fee: An additional cleaning fee applies, as specified in the template sent to you prior to check-in. This fee is payable directly at the property and varies according to the size of the property. Please contact us for further details. Late Check-Out: Late check-out incurs an additional charge of MYR 60.00 per hour. Lost Access Card: A replacement fee of MYR 200.00 will be charged for any lost access card. Personal Belongings: Upon check-out, please ensure no valuable belongings are left behind in the property. Vehicle Parking: Vehicles are parked at your own risk. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property. A penalty of MYR 500.00 will be imposed for violations. Prohibited Foods: Foods or fruits with pungent smells or strong coloring, such as durian or mangosteen, are not allowed in the unit. Adherence to Rules: Please comply with all rules and regulations of the hotel/homestay. Prohibited Activities: Damaging property, removing items, or engaging in illegal activities is strictly prohibited. Any such actions will result in forfeiture of the security deposit. (cigarette butts or smoking smell in the unit updated by the Housekeeping, is considered guest smoked in the unit) 5) Penalty for loss of access card - RM 200 or no security deposit refund 6) Food / fruits with pungent smell or strong colouring (such as Durian / mangosteen) are not allowed in the unit. 7) Adhere to rules and regulation of the Hotel and facilities. 8) Any damage or loss of items belonging to the house will be charged accordingly. 9)Refundable Security Deposit RM200.00 for property require before check in .Refund 1-3 workings day after check out n done cleaning.And your identity card/passport is required before check in.RM10.00 Per night for the tourism tax if you are foreigner. 10)Any inquiries please directly contact us after booking / before booking.
