-This is a strictly non-smoking property and will be fined a RM300 for any violation of this rule. Guests are responsible for all costs, damages and liabilities caused by smoking. -The property has a strict no party, no drugs, no illegal activity, no pets policies. -The building has 24 hours security], management of the building has the right to remove the occupants/ deny entry if the occupants are suspected to be under influence/ operating illegal activities. -No shoes inside the unit, please take off your shoes before entering the unit. - Only light cooking is allowed. -Kindly off lights, fan, air conditioners and all electrical appliances when not using it or leaving the house. Ensure that the main door is shut properly. - No loud music or noise after 10 pm or before 7am. -All keys, access card must be must be returned upon check out. -Bank in Security deposit RM200 one day before check in, it will be return back when everything in order. -For monthly rental, you need to pay electricity and water, bank in Utility Deposit RM200 one day before check in. Electricity and water bill will be deducted from utility deposit, if not sufficient ,guest required to bank in the balance
