Our place is located at Jelutong neighborhood township area, a middle township in Penang with 5-8 minutes to Georgetown. It is akin to an oasis in the heart of the bustling Jelutong Expressway, perfect for group trip, family trip or couple trip. IMPORTANT NOTE: 1. Our check in time is after 3pm and check out time is by 11am. It is strictly fixed due to our cleaning schedule arrangement. Please acknowledge this before reservation made and manage your arrival and departure time wisely. There's no luggage storage service available. 2. For LONG STAY GUEST, you might have concern on our kitchen amenities. Please make sure you’ve read our kitchen information before deciding staying at our place. 3. A security deposit MYR 300 is required before check in by bank transfer (for Malaysian), cash collection only applicable to Non-Malaysian. This amount is refundable upon inspection after check out. 4. This is a private apartment in a high-rise building. Please note that there may be noise from neighbors or their guests, neighborhood shops, which is beyond my control. Potential of construction/maintenance work noise within high rise building: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm Sat 9am-1pm - Our place is more to a 'private home' rather than a 'hotel', we apply self check in method. - Free on site parking lots available for 1 car - Our kitchenette equipped with simple amenities only for simple meal preparation and food heat up, no stir fry/grill or any cooking with oil.
