    “The house is spacious. The beds were comfortable. The porch can easily fit three cars. The owner was responsive with check in instruction when contacted through WhatsApp. Also the house is located in a very quiet neighbourhood so that's pretty nice.”

This Semi D single storey corner house is located in Taman Pura Kencana, Sri Gading, Batu Pahat, Johor.
 
This house is complete and fully furnished with a clean and the perfect place for your short stay in Batu Pahat area. This unit comes with 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Nice view, nice place and spacious, cozy, luxury and comfortable homestay. Suitable for 10 people. Suitable for backpackers, wedding events, shopping, holidays, reunions, business trip and family trip. 3 Bedrooms: 
- 1 Queen and 1 super single sized bed - 1 Queen and 1 super single sized bed - 1 Queen sized bed 
- Water Heater in all bathrooms - Air-Conditioner in all rooms and Ceiling Fan in every room

We welcome to our homestay. Clubhouse nearest place to enjoy your sport habit. They have swimming pool (sauna), playground, tennis, badminton and futsal court. A lot of restaurant in this place including mamak stall (24 hours operation).
Very good neighborhood, polite and understanding. Nice place to stay. Relax and enjoy.
