A beautiful spacious 3 bedroom home with open plan kitchen, living room, dining room and built in BBQ. The landscaped garden with jungle gym is ideal for families. Enclosed patio with trampoline will keep the kids entertained. Only 5min walk to the ocean and 5min drive to Platz Am Meer mall for all shopping amenities.
