This Stunning Beach Property is family orienated and no party orientated groups of adults are allowed. SeafrontC consists of an 3 Bedroomed Beachfront Apartment as well as a attached 4 Bedroomed (Private - host residence) Beach Villa all constructed in one large building. SeafrontC is only 100m from the waves and have direct access to the beach. All rooms have stunning sea views with some also including dune views. Fully fitted for self catering this property feels like home away from home. The Beachfront Apartment has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, open plan living / kitchen area as well as a indoor barbeque & camino. A shared parking garage (1 vehicle plus a trailer maximum) (shared between the Apartment and the Private Residence Apartment) is available as well as street parking in front of the apartment under CCTV. Additional storage available under the stairs at the entrance. Free wifi i is available in all rooms. Netflix , youtube and your favourite movies can be watched on the 65cm HD Smart Tv with a great soundbar and sub woofer.
The hosts reside in the adjacent Beach Villa and is available to meet guests upon arrival and make them feel at home with a short tour of the property, should this be required. Hobbies include diving, fishing.
Relaxed and safe neighborhood ideal for cycling, jogging or walks. Dolphin Beach is known for its dolphins, which if your are lucky, can venture as close as 5m from the shore and play in the waves. Safe for swimming and wonderful to spend a day on the beach in front if weather permits. "Ship Watching" is a favourite among guests and the lights display at night is something to remember. Guns Surfing spot is a short walk and recently Stand Up Paddle Boarders join in with the surfers. Check when it is low tide and explore the beach whilst walking either towards Guns Surfing or towards the Bird Island. The beach at low tide always have something special and kids & doggies love this.
