The Property is Safe, in a Residential area (Noordhoek). Less than 10 minutes walk to Town. 5 minutes drive to a Train Station . 10 minutes to a Shopping Mall. We have a pharmacy nearby and private Doctors about 5 minutes drive.
Sabina loves people, You will feel the warmth and with us you will feel at home.
The Neighbourhood is good and clean.
