With SLS, everything just happened, the renovation, choosing the deco of the rooms and what we want to offer guests, so it was a special and new experience. But since the beginning we wanted to focus in the comfort of the guest, so when we made the rooms we wanted them to be practical, cozy, and comfortable, we want that after being travelling, or being outside, once you go back to the guesthouse you feel something familiar and rest full. What makes SLS special, is that we focus in our guests and really believe in our accommodation. We want to be part of their experience and we want them to feel home. We help them with everything they need, we like to know them and give them the confidence and peace, so that they can enjoy Swakopmund and make memorable. Were to start... First I think we have a surprise element, being blessed to be located in the middle of town, we are inside a historical building, but as soon as you come in, you are in the present...From the reception the journey to the rooms is always pleasant, because the guests always love the rooms :-) Like I said before, everything was though to really try to accommodate every guest. A little bit about myself... I'm 36 years old, moved from Portugal 15 years ago, and stayed in Namibia. Love Swakopmund. Have a very simple lifestyle, my priorities are my family. We do basic things as hobbies, like going to the movies, to the beach, to read, as just be around my people. I love to talk and love to meet new people.
